What is wrong with @UPS? Email from them about a package arriving Friday, email updating to Monday, email updating to Friday, email updating to Saturday (today) by 6PM. They didn't. AIbot said I needed to talk to the vendor I bought from, then agreed to let me call.

An equally worthless AIBot finally transferred me to a human but that was just a voicemail saying they only work (obviously a lie) Monday to Friday and hung up on me.
