@joshfromcincy@Bowblax I was willing to pay until the last price hike. Most YouTube videos are commercials already. I’ll eventually add network wide ad blocking.
I'd like to thank @youtube for raising the price of Premium. The increase was so ludicrous it motivated me to immediately cancel it along with several other overpriced streaming services. Had it been more modest, I might have been lazy enough to let it slide. #motivation
@brad_frost I think the 40” 5k2k ultrawides look nearly perfect but worried about flickering and image retention on the LG. Replacing an Ultrafine 5k and would rather add width than depth, just seems more useful.
@RagingHop If either action attempts to automatically unsubscribe you, it is just sending a signal to the spammer to put your account in their “confirmed active” list…
Unpopular (gen z) opinion: I wish everyone still used Facebook
Where else can you find a single platform for all your friends, photos, events, groups, life updates, messages, birthday reminders, free & for sale, memes, etc. Social media peaked in 2011-2016 /-:
@brad_frost Dunno if already mentioned, but Firefox’s responsive design view lets you set arbitrary viewport dimensions and click a button for 1-3x screenshots. No plug-in required.
@brad_frost I’m a fan of @processwire for, as others noted, its overall philosophy, flexibility, great API, great community, and unopinionated nature. It’s a joy to use.
Idea I’ve had for years: Me vs. any other front-end developer implementing a design provided by an unbiased third party, we compete building it out live, me with Tailwind, them with “semantic” CSS or BEM or whatever.
@AtlantaJones I’m going to try this on my 2015 iMac at some point. Also I have a 2019 MBP that is barely used, considering switching to something less expensive for personal use.
Uh, @Microsoft did not seriously just opt me into an email digest of the "reactions I missed yesterday" that I immediately unsubscribed from because WHO COULD POSSIBLY WANT AN EMAIL LIKE THAT?! That is called "spam."
