Fibre b/b supposed to be fitted Monday, it’s now Saturday, I’ve still got no Wi-Fi after @WeAreOpenreach cutting copper wire, even though there was an outage and the fibre wouldn’t work. 4 visits, 20+calls, bad service

Could you explain your policy on no refunds after 30 days and only credit offered, when it hasn’t been possible to redeem a voucher due to lockdown? Don’t you think your taking advantage of a bad situation?

So Wowcher will only offer credit for a hotel stay purchased that I couldn’t take due to lockdown? No cash refund as it’s over 30 days? Surely that isn’t acceptable?
Any advice on who to contact for support?
