I recommend parents needing phones for your kids steer well clear of @Verizon. Horrible experience and getting worse since I dont have my personal phone with them. Learn from my mistake.
@VerizonSupport - it has been a long journey since switching my kids phones to you. Hours on the phone, wrong accounts, setup, never being able to access my account because I dont have a phone that I carry. Last straw was today at the Verizon store activating a new order. Cancel.
@Attpremier I am having what has to be the worst Customer Service experience in my life. Is this what Enterprise Account support has turned into? 1 hour on the phone and I cannot even get a case id?????
@KLM Your passengers that flew into AMS on Saturday 4/23 morning still have no update on our missing luggage. Airport staff and baggage handlers have no information and do not seem able to help. This is a bad situation being made worse by @KLM handling.
@KLM Day 4: No bags from Saturday flight to Schipol and no response from KLM support. I have been unsuccessful trying to file a missing bag report online or through Twitter and FB.

@RepThomasMassie I think a more constructive way to approach this is to make a case versus attack language. Something like "I believe it is constitutionally dangerous to allow a President to take this action...".
@RepThomasMassie People who use outrage politics need to go. This guy doesnt have any ideas, he just wants to gin up his base. THIS is the problem with our government.
