@cherrylkd I agree with the uniform reduction as a parent. Unless the schools are going to reduce the burden and provide every student a single uniform at the start of the year.

The uniforms required are typically single provider at a premium which adds unnecessary burden on some families

@cherrylkd Unfortunately it's a government system that's like so many others, good intentions, however very dysfunctional, prone to corruption and ego as well as quota meeting. Pressure to feel they have to grade some more negatively to fill quota (all schools can't be good or outstanding?)

@cherrylkd Just look at society from now to 70s etc.. to see society is obese. But when you can buy a bottle of pop cheaper than a bottle of water the problem isn't the kids, it's in society, retail chain & marketing. 70p for a bottle of water at sons school, I buy same from costco 11p.

@cherrylkd It was designed by an astronomer & sociologist for determining the average man in society. Unfortunately it doesn't account for bone or muscle density, water retention and the digestive gut from one person to the next.

@cherrylkd Unfortunately the label obese is based on a small BMI which is 100s of years old and very inaccurate in determining someone's health level. Someone who is incredibly athletic but short can have a higher bmi than someone who is tall and plump.

Unfortunately a lot of counterfeit products are actually genuine parts from same factories, but they're over production or failed patch disposal.
