@CMONEYMAKER 2x 80mg verapamil twice daily(4 total pills) as a maintenance dose, up to 3 pills twice daily in cycle. A course of prednisone begun early in cycle can break the cycle.

@CMONEYMAKER She might suffer from cluster headaches, different than migraines. Come in cycles, weather change is a trigger for me. High dose verapamil can break the cycle or used as a maintenance drug. See a specialist as few docs understand it. UCSF Headache clinic a good one.
