@Benioff I love this perspective on why it is important to allow people to complain about things! How can you improve if you don't know the problems? #TrailblazerBook
"...you need to be a lot more concerned about what people _aren't_ saying than about what they are. In fact, it's when people stop griping that you need to worry because that's the first sign that problems are getting swept under the rug." @Benioff#TrailblazerBook
@grabegrabe@jasonvance That's awesome! Have you looked into HEDA (Higher Education Data Architecture) though? Depending on your use case, it may be more applicable, but there is some overlap. (actually, now it's just EDA because they have expanded to k-12 as well)
@KAnderson6@shannonsans You beat me to it! If it is complex or if I ever have to reference an ID (like a record type or profile)! /*this makes it so much easier to understand the parts of the formula*/
In remembrance...
"Holiness, to me, means committing every area of my life β from sex, to food, to time, to work β to the lordship of Jesus," states #RHE. "Itβs a way of life, filled with twists and turns, mistakes and growth, uncertainty and reward." https://t.co/6jS203gx33

#AwesomeAdmin insights from this expert panel at the @sfdcinnyc meetup tonight!
@thePodCACHE I just asked our student worker to learn about Case Management via @trailhead and make suggestions on how to improve our process. I expressed how much I've been wanting to improve it and how much this will help our team. I'm excited to see what they come up with!
@zaklandrum Just curious, what are some of the major pain points that make you want to go from 2 orgs to 1? What are you hoping to gain? Do you think it was worth starting with 2 for the speed to go-live? #alwayslearning
