@Reiwholesaler Don’t do it , I got my license having the same thing in mind but it’s a lot of work and takes away from what you are good at . Just refer to agents for a referral fee and let them do it . Instead use your license to submit offers on the MLS to assign deals that way as well.

@shawngorham Being a wholesaler is essential being a broker , you are brokering the deal and putting it together for a fee . On a million dollar listing you double end the deal at 2.5 each side that’s a 50k check . Same as if you were to wholesale . As long as you are transparent with seller
