Guy said “my wife is on a trip, she shipped her breast milk back for our baby”. He came and got packages, sent me text thanking me again. Nice work UPS for your crappy non effort. I’m ok with an overseas call center but customer service should be universal
Pt 1: Need HORRIBLE customer service? Call @UPS! Someone else’s packages (3) delivered to my house, marked ‘time sensitive’. I call UPS at 1pm, spend 15 min explaining, they finally say “we will pick them up”. 6 hrs later, still here.
Finally saw another phone number on 3rd package. Called number on other package at 1pm, left message w/no reply. New # had been split up, but left message. Got call back from person and they were super thankful.
Oh and I’ll be returning the $150 item, how’s that paying for shipping both ways instead of saving money by a refund look on the ROI? Your call center agents are… not capable of problem solving or finding sensible solutions.
@simplehuman you lost me as a customer today. Bought a $150 pet food container on your site, then see it for $30 less on your Amazon store. Called a few times about a price adjustment, was given run around before an offer of $11.46. Want to know more? DM me.
@simplehuman would love to share bad experience with you. Bought pet food container on your site, saw it $30 less on your Amazon store. Five calls to customer service & their offer: $11.46 refund. Lost me as a customer over $19. Will return item too.
@lennacorona_@lululemon Good luck, if it doesn’t arrive they will be unresponsive on resolving or refunding. Their service in these situations for me has been horrible after.
@lululemon Honestly this whole experience has made me question continuing as a Lululemon customer. You use horrible shipper (OnTrac), when they deliver an empty envelope you make it difficult to resolve. Filed “claim” using process provided, guess I’ll wait as told.
@lululemon unhappy customer today. Ordered 11 items in Black Friday sale, got 2 packages yesterday. 1 plastic envelope was supposed to have 1 pair of shorts, but package torn & taped. Shorts fell out in transit so I got-envelope with receipt & nothing else.
@Dyson not sure your call center operations match the high level of customer service you promote. Had a warranty exchange several weeks ago, called in nearly half a dozen times to check status, seem to be getting run around. Help?
@AHS_Warranty says they protect homes and budgets, but that’s subjective at best. They do anything they can to get out of covering a repair, learned that the hard way. Now I guess gluing a dryer part is their cheap way to not replace a part. What a joke.
@AHS_Warranty I’m not a verified user, and I’m not going to pay X just to tell you about my crappy experience after 15 years with your company. If you don’t want to give me a different way to contact you, how about we just forget it. Your answer is very indicative of my overall experience.
@AHS_Warranty Im unable to direct message you according to Twitter/X due to you not following me. How about if someone direct messages me and I can respond. Either that or offer me another method.
Hey @HomeGoods, would love to share an experience in your Phoenix Arizona store at Tatum & Cactus. Saying “it was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had” is an understatement.
We all know customer service is a lost commodity in retail, but the Home Depot at Tatum & Bell in Phx is beyond bad. Not uncommon for employees in “‘self checkout’ to ignore customers who need help, but seeing them ignore an old guy on Veterans Day was the last straw.
@HomeDepot your Bell Rd & Tatum location in Phoenix is an embarrassment to your company on basic customer service. It’s not a lack of staff, it’s apathy at every interaction.
