@UPS Trying to change a delivery for tomorrow. Every time I click to confirm, whether it’s to change the date or reroute it to a UPS Store, I get an error and the change doesn’t go through. Tried on desktop & mobile. Chat wants to charge to change it, but I’m a MyChoice customer.
