@FetchRewards so impossible to get customer service to respond and now impossible to get help here. @bbb_us@ConsumerReports need help to see if I have been cheated out of a gift card
@FetchRewards i’ve tried reaching out to customer service and frankly it is not good. I have questions about the points that I’ve redeemed and what I’ve actually used. I think I’m missing a reward and I can’t get anybody to get back to me.
@Walmart@walmarthelp Walmart shipping is nowhere near like @amazon . My last two orders from a vendor are taking a lot longer than originally expected. Not sure this is worth it.
@marshall_health using a 3rd party call center for billing? Not good. They can’t help and it took 3 phone calls to track down someone local who helped.

@Meta why do I have to mark so many ads as spam. That is mostly what shows up and why I have to deal with them. Impossible to delete and the same ads show up after marking as spam. Adjusting settings never help. #spam#legalhelp@bbb_us@WestVirginiaAG
Is @Meta deleting posts on Facebook when people ask their opinions/questions on data centers? I’ve noticed a lot of politicians and people asking questions and then the posts are getting deleted. #transparency#datacenters

@CarShield looked at my contract, covered items. Shop was told no, I was told by a Chris that one of them should be. Asked for supervisor and “a request” is put in. Why do you not cover what is supposed to be covered. @bbb_us#fraud@WestVirginiaAG
@CarShield I did not answer the call because I was at work and was not able to answer the call and her voicemail said she would call back and she never did after that
@FirstAmWarranty@bbb_us@WestVirginiaAG well it’s been a week and still nothing. Promises of 24-48 hours are always made and never fulfilled. I pay monthly for a contract that is not fulfilled. at this point, this is fraud.
@CarShield And I can’t call back either. If she would’ve told me when she would call, I could’ve made sure I was available and free, but I was at work. She said she would call back and she didn’t.
@FirstAmWarranty@bbb_us@WestVirginiaAG day 6 & still no Resolution. Can’t get anybody on the phone & no returned calls. 24/48 hours is now six days later. you guys are violating your own terms and conditions. more than happy to take my money, but never provide any service.
