@British_Airways astonished and disgusted by our treatment at Florence airport as my 13 year old niece was denied boarding due to over booking with no consideration given to her being stranded abroad. Greedy, cruel and just downright unprofessional. Shame on you.
Shocked at @LBofBromley's 'disallowing' of perfectly reasonable questions about crossings on South Eden Park Road and confusing messaging in their leaflets. Can I get a straight answer - will you add a crossing on the road and address missing pavement near Unicorn?
@PizzaExpress ate at York branch with children last Thursday. Same great food and service but some feedback on the branch, it looks 20 years behind when compared to every other branch we have been to.
