@JioCare I booked for a new Jio Broadband connection on Thursday . I got the person number who was supposed to come on Friday at 4 pm. I’ve been calling but no response till today.

@redBus_in My ticket got cancelled automatically without me cancelling it for no reason. And got less amount as refund.

@JioCare Its been 3 days now without internet and my works are pending without internet. Because of 99% uptime i got Jio. I will be moving to consumer court if i dont get an technician to fix this issue by EOD. No one provides an estimated time and no escalation ticket is raised.

@JioCare @reliancejio I had raised the request yesterday for the id : SR00002ZTS11 an engineer is still not assigned and I need this to be resolved at the earliest.

@JioCare I want this to be escalated. Its been like every month i am facing the issue last month Jan 10th and this month again. I want this to be fixed tomorrow morning.

@JioCare When will you guys assign an technician? Its almost 28 hours after raising the request and a technician is not assigned.

@JioCare Its been 24 hours since i raised the request, i do not see an engineer assigned yet. There is no name of the techinician and visit timings. Attached the image what i see in the app.

@BlueDartCares @BlueDart_ This AWB#90391204923 was supposed to be delivered on 30th, it has reached the destination and it is not delivered yet. They do not call for delivery but a message being sent everyday to reschedule.

@JioCare Again Day - 2, Engineer was supposed to come between 2 to 3 pm and no one showed up. What is the status and whats the next step?

@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service, i do not have internet from yesterday evening. Technician scheduled today morning did not show up, again rescheduled evening 6 pm didn’t show up.

@JioCare There is no update why there is a delay after the engineer is scheduled twice today . I would like to cancel the service if it is not resolved by tomorrow.
