Yesterday on 27.05.2025 evening, responding to a distress call, our dedicated team from @MedipallyPS found an #unidentified_elderly_woman (approx. 60 yrs) in a #vulnerable_state near Global International School, Peerzadiguda.

With urgency, they ensured her #safety and #comfort by shifting her to #Second_Chance_Foundation, Yapral of Jawaharnagar, where she is now receiving the care she deserves.

Though she is able to speak, she couldn’t share her identity. We request the public to come forward if they recognize her.

🤝 #RachakondaPolice is not just about law enforcement — we are guardians of #humanity.
