I agree it makes sense to stop or pause new immigrants under refugee categories or international students but not under spousal PR.

I've been here from 11 years, paying my taxes, helping this country grow.
My specific point is why do stop spousal applications for Canadian citizens??
If I got married outside of Canada, I can't even invite my spouse????????
