@BirinderNarang @AirCanada I am guessing the zone 4 seat is a middle seat and zone 5 is an Isle seat.. that's how it is most of the time.. zone 2 or 3 are usually the window seats.

@iramsubramanian My dad who is 73 years old and is 'tech savvy' holds regular IT classes for his fellow senior citizens where they are taught how to use smartphone, laptops, video calling etc - it is all volunteer work.

@PassportCan Just got off phone with your call center, still demanding a 45 dollar transfer fee to speed up processing of a file that is pending since March 2022.
There is a lot of communication gap here @PassportCan

@sarbjitkaur1 Applied in March - no update yet, they don't reply to online queries or pick up the phones. Standard turnaround, for mail in applications, they say is 9 to 10 weeks and that is completely false.
