I purchased a train ticket through your app but it was for a transpennine train. That train was cancelled due to strikes.
Your app said I can't claim a refund because it wasn't a GWR service.
Transpennine says I can't claim because I bought it through u. ??

@JudithVosper @GWRHelp You'll have trouble unless you can show them the barcode on the ticket that comes with the email confirmation. I didn't realise that the ticket is attached to the email confirmation. Relying on the app to access your ticket is not a good idea.
I've now had two instances of this.

@GWRHelp Be aware that none of the train staff know anything about this and will just say "it's nothing to do with us that the GWR app is not working".
The only way you can travel is if you use the ticket that gets attached to your email confirmation.
Don't rely on the app!

How can I access my ticket if the app is not working?
