I bought HP printer on 6th April and it started giving motherboard problem while installation. Technician confirmed the issue and said DOA will be issued. Itโs been 10 days without resolution. Please resolve asap.
@RelianceDigital Please co ordinate with HP support team. Your team has all the possible details and also shared in this tweet. What else you need from my side. Bought on 6th April and faced motherboard issue on 7th april. Simply replace the printer. It should not take so much time. @HPSupport
@RelianceDigital Please talk to Reliance digital staff of HSR sector 6 and the person who is allocated for HP service there. I am not getting proper response since day 1
@HPSupport Not yet. But technician said he has sent mail for approval and reminded 4 times without response. However, he has not forwarded me any such mail yet.
@HPSupport@RelianceDigital@HPIndia Let everyone know how unprofessional reliance and hp are. Reliance folks are saying HP will take care HP ppl are saying talk to Reliance. Why so much trouble after sale that too for the new purchase. Its 12th day and I am counting.
