@voiceofsobriety I would break my cravings down to 15 second increments and learn to breathe thru them . Early sobriety I used candy which I do not recommend. I used a straw and cut it into 4 they were my rewards . It helped me realize it’s all temporary and a mindfuzk but it worked

I have not had to apologize for my behavior for a long time I remember all my conversations every day in Sobriety is gift

@dkwilk160338 I said that to my sponsor once when she was trying to get me to take a position in service I was absolutely not ready for . After she congratulated me for sticking to my boundaries of not over extending myself ( as a codependent) !

I was a student midwife in Portsmouth England
My patient 2 weeks post partum started acting strange. Frequent calls for minor issues with the baby . By week 4 she is telling me her breast milk was bad for the baby …. She went onto full post partum psychotic
