@AmazonHelp I spoke to someone from amazon yesterday a. and there was no flexibility at all. I get that you have rules for the drivers to follow (and I spoke to and pleaded with the driver) but it was just all ridiculous, all because of one bottle of gin and fresh food for 2 86 yr olds

@AmazonHelp My Amazon Prime Now order was not delivered yesterday because my 86 year old dad was happy to show the driver his ID but not divulge his date of birth. The order was bday pres for my mum. why, why why????

@AmazonHelp Surely a bit of common sense can enter into it? He showed photo ID but is mindful and suspicious of giving out personal info. obviously over 18 surely this could have been respected. My parents are 350 miles from me. I've not seen then since Dec 19 and this ruined mums surprise.
