A4: A leader. Growing up playing sports I was always told by my coaches that I'm a natural leader and other people look up to me. In the classroom I want my students to have someone that they look up to. I think its important though to incorporate all of the ISTE.

A3: Agree. In a lot of ways technology has made education better, but too much of it can be a distraction if not used in the right way. If you have done your research about the tools you're using in your classroom I think it can be beneficial.

A2: An innovative classroom to me, is a classroom where kids want to engage in discussions and the lesson. They don't just do it for the grade. I think in order to do this you need to incorporate technology and games that help the students learn and have fun.

I completely agree. I think a lot of time teachers just assume a student knows how to use technology because its everywhere nowadays. There are still those kids though that don't have access to technology at home and school may be the only technology interaction.

A1: I don't think we will ever be able to make sure students are 100% safe online. You learn something new about online safety everyday and I think that's the only way to protect our student, to just keep learning. The more you know the more you can teach them.
