In India, there is a fundamental force called anti-incumbency that starts to resist any government. It doesn't spare anybody.

Indira Gandhi ji won the Bangladesh war and had immense popularity, and yet within a year or two, there was a massive anti-incumbency.

It happens to every party, regional or national, but somehow it never happens to Narendra Modi, Mr. Shah, and it doesn't happen to the BJP.

We can understand the popularity of a person and the performance of a government, but we cannot understand how anti-incumbency disappears.

जब तक निष्पक्ष जांच और न्याय सुनिश्चित नहीं होता, NSUI छात्रों और साहिल के परिवार के साथ मजबूती से खड़ी रहेगी।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने देश की संवैधानिक व्यवस्था, कानून और लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को गंभीर आघात पहुँचाया है।

CEC की नियुक्ति, चुनावी प्रक्रिया और उन्हें मिली immunity को लेकर @RahulGandhi जी लंबे समय से सवाल उठाते रहे हैं। कर्नाटक, हरियाणा समेत कई राज्यों में उन्होंने तथ्यों के आधार पर चुनावी प्रक्रिया पर सवाल खड़े किए थे, लेकिन BJP और Election Commission की मिलीभगत से इन महत्वपूर्ण तथ्यों पर न तो कोई निष्पक्ष जांच हुई और न ही कोई ठोस कार्रवाई हुई।

यह मुद्दा देश और जनता के खिलाफ गंभीर अपराध है और सीधा जनता के वोट और लोकतंत्र पर हमला है। BJP-RSS ने Election Commission के सहारे लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था पर गंभीर प्रहार किया है।

CEC के पद से ज्ञानेश कुमार को तुरंत प्रभाव से dismiss किया जाना चाहिए और इस मामले में कड़ी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित होनी चाहिए। साथ ही, नरेंद्र मोदी और अमित शाह की भी जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए।

After the sensational revelations in a leading national daily yesterday on the shocking manner in which the CEC has completely destroyed the integrity, credibility and competence of the Election Commission, there is another report this morning:

•⁠ ⁠The Goa CEO wrote to the ECI 8 times in 7 days for inclusion of valid voters deleted by the ECINet software. Goa’s Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) had confirmed these were valid voters. The emails were ignored and voters deleted.
•⁠ ⁠The whole SIR has been handed over to this ECINet software, leading to the disastrous phase 3 of SIR which has deleted or flagged 54% of voters in Delhi and nearly 12 Crore across all states.
•⁠ ⁠In an illegal and centralising move, EROs’ access to the ECINet software was restricted. According to The Representation of the People Act, 1950, the ERO has statutory authority over the electoral roll. The 2 ECs wrote to the Cabinet Secretary flagging this violation.
•⁠ ⁠In another illegal move, the process to add new voters through Form 6 has been made more difficult. Gen Z is being targeted for exclusion.

Each new piece of evidence further confirms what the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has been saying for almost two years ever since the Haryana and Maharashtra assembly election results were out. The election process has been thorougly compromised and vitiated. This is Gyanesh Kumar implementing the Method of Disenfranchising Indians (MODI). As a first step the CEC Gyanesh Kumar must resign immediately if he has any shred of decency and morality left in him. The PM and the HM will thereafter will be held accountable for their diabolical designs.

मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के ख़िलाफ़ इतने खुलासे और इतने सबूतों के बाद भी उनका इस्तीफा नहीं हुआ तो आगे कुछ नहीं होने वाला है. देश की जनता अब भी अगर नहीं जागी, देश में अब भी अगर ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे के लिए आंदोलन नहीं हुआ तो कब होगा ? मोदी और शाह के लाडले ज्ञानेश कुमार के जरिए लाखों लोगों के वोट की डकैती हो रही है, SIR के नाम पर खुल्लमखुल्ला बेईमानी और धांधली हो रही है,
अब भी अगर देश नहीं जागा तो कब जागेगा ? ज्ञानेश कुमार के सहयोगी दो चुनाव आयुक्तों तक ने ही चुनाव आयोग में चल रहे गोरखधंधे का भांडा फोड़ दिया और अब भी अगर ज्ञानेश कुमार का इस्तीफा नहीं हुआ तो कब होगा ? शायद यही सोचकर कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी यानि सीजेपी ने आज ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे के लिए 48 घंटे का अल्टीमेटम दे दिया है. ये वही सीजेपी वाले हैं, जिनके आंदोलन के बाद मोदी सरकार को घुटनों के बल आना पड़ा था और अपने लाडले शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान का इस्तीफा लेना पड़ा था. अब सीजेपी ने ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलने का एलान कर दिया है.
