ਭਾਖੜਾ ਬਿਆਸ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਬੋਰ�� (BBMB) ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, BBMB ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਨਵੇਂ ਖਰੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਹਟਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਪੱਕੀ (reserved) ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਖ਼ਤਮ।
ਇਹ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਜੇ ਆਪਾਂ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ BBMB ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ।
