Ordered a shoe rack (Order #1722072) from HomeEssentials, COD. Arrived with a manufacturing defect. No response via WhatsApp/Insta/calls for 2 days. When they called, offered only a coupon, then a refund - but ONLY if I dismantle it & hire a carpenter myself, for THEIR fault.

In shops too we open the plastic and check our products and when I open the plastic from @letsblinkit they say they can’t return it
