@AmazonHelp 1 week has been passed and still no action has been taken. You treat customers like a dog who will bark for few days and after that they will be quite. Great to see this kind of behaviour from amazon
I have purchased one plus tv from amazon and that was my biggest mistake. Product was delivered but no technician appeared for installation of tv. never go for electronic products from amazon and specially for one plus products.#amazon#oneplustv#amazonhelp

@AmazonHelp This was the only last mail which I received more than 36 hours ago but after that no actions were taken.i don’t know what kind of escalation process your support team follows
@AmazonHelp More than 1 week has been passed when i started reporting this issue and even i checked those messages it just shows we are looking into it but no actions has been taken. I believe consumer court can only help me in this case.
@AmazonHelp I think amazon only knows to respond on social media to save their reputation but they don’t look into customers issues. In short no one contacted from amazon support team as well.
