I had a call within 15mins from a USA number, explained the situation and they sorted it 👍🏻
It shouldn’t have to come to this due to eBay being broken atm!

Make a new account, then request a call back.
Because your system is broken if you cannot login to your account.
Feel free to use this shambolic advice for future customers.

The online chat just tell me to phone the 0800 358 6552 number again and again but you can never reach an eBay team member.
