I had a call within 15mins from a USA number, explained the situation and they sorted it 👍🏻

It shouldn’t have to come to this due to eBay being broken atm!

@OutlawBoxGuitar @AskeBay Ebays system is broken right now. Sign in using another account (make a new one if you have to) then click request a call back.
I've literally just had to go through this entire clownshow myself and got it resolved very quickly!

Make a new account, then request a call back.
Because your system is broken if you cannot login to your account.
Feel free to use this shambolic advice for future customers.
