To be clear, what the @DOGE team and @USTreasury have jointly agreed makes sense is the following:
- Require that all outgoing government payments have a payment categorization code, which is necessary in order to pass financial audits. This is frequently left blank, making audits almost impossible.
- All payments must also include a rationale for the payment in the comment field, which is currently left blank. Importantly, we are not yet applying ANY judgment to this rationale, but simply requiring that SOME attempt be made to explain the payment more than NOTHING!
- The DO-NOT-PAY list of entities known to be fraudulent or people who are dead or are probable fronts for terrorist organizations or do not match Congressional appropriations must actually be implemented and not ignored. Also, it can currently take up to a year to get on this list, which is far too long. This list should be updated at least weekly, if not daily.
The above super obvious and necessary changes are being implemented by existing, long-time career government employees, not anyone from @DOGE. It is ridiculous that these changes didn’t exist already!
Yesterday, I was told that there are currently over $100B/year of entitlements payments to individuals with no SSN or even a temporary ID number. If accurate, this is extremely suspicious.
When I asked if anyone at Treasury had a rough guess for what percentage of that number is unequivocal and obvious fraud, the consensus in the room was about half, so $50B/year or $1B/week!!
This is utterly insane and must be addressed immediately.
Trump’s goal isn’t to stop diversity. It’s to restore merit, fairness, and equal opportunity without quotas.
History proves that when race-based and ideological hiring replace merit, society collapses.
Just look at South Africa and Venezuela: two stark warnings of what happens when DEI policies go unchecked.
South Africa had a thriving clothing industry until about 2007 directly employing about a million people in manufacturing plants mostly in rural parts of South Africa. 90% black African women. Imagine the indirect employment printing, buttons manufacturers etc. The Industry complained to government about cheap Chinese imports pouring in, government did nothing, the local manufacturing industry was destroyed and totally decimated. Yes the trade unions also played a very big part in destroying the industry with unreasonable wage demands. Today the clothing manufacturing industry employs about 80 000 people. Car Manufacturers like Toyota and others who employ hundreds of thousands of people today are complaining to government about the influx of ready built units from China ready to sell.
To make matters worst This trend is exacerbated by the free trade rebates and semi-knocked-down options available under Chapter 98 of the Automotive Production Development Programme (APDP), which make imports more attractive than local production. Goverment has not said a word. Toyota SA CEO Andrew Kirby has joined other CEO's of SA manufactured cars like VW, Ford etc. Yes alot of South African manufactured vehicles by German giants are exported but if goverment does not listen to the pleas of the local car manufacturing CEO's over a million jobs could be directly and indirectly lost. Just like the clothing industry.
Be proactive. Don't be reactive. Done wait for the damage to be done like being Greylisted by the Financial task Force who warned you for 4 years and you did nothing now you running helter skelter to get out of this. @CyrilRamaphosa we are in 2025 socialism is dead we have to confirm to capitalist norms or we South Africa will become Cuba. (I have nothing against Cuba)
SOUTH AFRICA MUST IINDUSTRIALIZE and not DEIINDUSTRALIZE TO PLS CHINA. WE HAVE THE HIGHEST UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN THE WORLD.
The South African Government has introduced a shocking and horrific law which will allow the state to seize privately-owned land without paying compensation to the owners. Echoing what Mugabe did in Zimbabwe, with catastrophic consequences for the Zimbabwean population, this law is aimed at white farmers who constitute a vital source of food production in South Africa. Unsurprisingly, Western politicians and journalists, who claim to be the defenders of human rights, private property rights, rule of law, and civilisation, are silent concerning this despicable new law in South Africa.
