@BestBuy is not even going to provide me with a statement verifying the never scanned or had my serial number on the iPhone and Vanessa said she exhausted her options and never address my other complaints or gave me a statement. How is this resolved????? #bestbuyaintshit

@BestBuy thanks for having Vanessa do absolutely nothing to help me. I even asked for a statement from Best Buy stating yall refuse/can’t provide me with details of my valid purchase and told me maybe @Apple will make an exception. Y’all will charge me, yall sold me the phone.

@BestBuy just hung up on me again after 2.5 hours on the phone. I asked for a detailed receipt. That’s it. A detailed receipt. I’ll never buy another phone from yall again. Worst customer service EVER!!!
