.@POTUS tells me he will look into SLASHING harmful regulations in the beef industry that lead to high prices. I know firsthand how rigged the system is against independent American farmers. Four massive corporations control almost the entire meat processing industry. If President Trump can cut these regulations, it would be a HUGE WIN. He tells me:
"I will look at that today. I've been hearing about this problem for 20 years... This could be a very good call for ranchers and farmers. No... for the country"
The Hollow Men
American capitalism is rotting from the head down. We have replaced the "Owner-Operator"—the risk-taker-with a new, parasitic class of corporate bureaucrat: The Risk-Free Insider.
By "Insider," I am not referring to a specific title. I am referring to the entire administrative state that has captured the modern corporation. This includes the Directors who exist solely to collect fees, the Executives who exist solely to collect bonuses, and the Managers who exist solely to hire consultants.
These are the hollow men of the boardroom. They are masters of PowerPoint. They wear the right suits. They say the right buzzwords about "governance" and "ESG." But they are mercenaries fighting a war with someone elses ammunition.
In a functioning economy, authority is tied to liability. If you make a bad decision, you lose your own money. That fear of loss is the only thing that keeps a business honest. It forces you to cut waste, obsess over the customer, and stay late to fix what is broken.
Today, we have severed that link.
We have rigged the game so that heads, the Insider wins; tails, the shareholder loses.
If the stock goes up, the Insider collects a massive performance bonus. If the stock crashes due to their own incompetence, they are fired with a "Golden Parachute" worth tens of millions. They are gambling with the house’s money, and they never leave the table poorer than they arrived.
This looting starts in the boardroom.
We have normalized a "Country Club" culture where directors are selected based on social profiling rather than their ability to build a business. The modern board member is often a professional tourist—paid an average of $350,000 a year.
Let’s be brutally honest about what that number represents. The average director is paid nearly five times the GDP per capita of the United States. They earn more for attending four quarterly lunches than the vast majority of Americans earn in five years of hard labor.
And for what?
Most of these directors are "over-boarded," sitting on three or four boards simultaneously. They treat directorships as a gig economy for the elite. They fly in, rubber-stamp a compensation package they didn't read, and fly out. They collect checks from companies they do not understand, do not use, and certainly do not love.
They are not there to ask hard questions. They are there to be collegial. They are there to protect the other Insiders.
And what happens when these boards hire executives who also have no personal capital at risk?
We get the Delegation Economy.
When a Risk-Free Insider faces a crisis—bloated expenses, a broken supply chain, or a stale product—they do not roll up their sleeves. They hire a consultant. They pay a strategy firm millions of shareholder dollars to produce a 100-page deck telling them what they already know.
This is not management. It is intellectual money laundering.
They use shareholder capital to buy an insurance policy for their own careers. If the plan fails, they can blame the consultants. They delegate the work because they are terrified of the responsibility. They would rather preside over a slow, comfortable decline than risk a bold mistake.
While American Insiders are busy optimizing their severance packages, our global competitors are optimizing their products. They are not slowed down by bureaucracy. They are not waiting for a slide deck. They are outworking us.
If we continue to fill our C-suites with administrators instead of operators, we will lose our edge. We will see iconic American franchises hollowed out by fees, managed for the benefit of the Insiders, while the true owners—the shareholders—are left holding the bag.
The time for polite governance is over.
If we want to save the American economy from mediocrity, we must demand a return to the "Owner’s Mentality." We need leaders who treat shareholder capital with the same reverence they treat their own savings. The era of the Risk-Free Insider must end.
I Damn near collapsed seeing this lol

Beef prices are sky-high while cattle prices dropped off a cliff.
Ranchers are losing $200 a head while consumers pay $14 a pound.
That’s not a supply issue — that’s a rigged system.
Futures traders tank the market with headlines while the price fixing, human trafficking packers lock in profits no matter what.
And independents like Coy Young? They lose everything.
He left the sale barn with a third of what he expected…
Imagine a grown man crying all the way home.
Farmer suicides are the highest in any industry in the nation.
This is what happens when real food meets fake markets.
Ranchers are getting bled out — and shoppers still get gouged.
And most of the time local ranchers take the blame.
You want cheap food?
Start by breaking the chokehold, not the people feeding you.
Save Beef, Save America. @beefinitiative@modernTman
Even if the meme were true in every detail, it still would not say what you think it says.
Tribes fighting over territory does not make a continent "up for grabs" to a foreign empire.
It does not turn invasion into arbitration.
It does not turn genocide into "just another land dispute."
Yes, Native nations had wars. So did Europeans.
No one argues that because France once fought England, China could show up, wipe them both out, and call Paris "unclaimed."
What existed in North America was shifting borders, shared hunting grounds, treaties, diplomacy, and conflict between peoples who all belonged to the land.
What arrived with Europe was something categorically different:
Permanent settler rule.
Mass displacement.
Forced marches.
Boarding schools.
Legal doctrines that declared Native people "extinct" on paper so their land could be seized.
"Others fought before we got there" has never been a moral defense for ethnic cleansing.
It is the kind of argument you can only make if you believe some peoples are history, and others are property.
The American Rancher Alliance is not a business venture.
It is a producer-owned, nonprofit movement built to protect ranchers, restore transparency, and secure America’s food supply.
As this movement grows, so do the phone calls.
Processors, platforms, and middlemen suddenly want “partnerships.”
We’re setting the record straight.
ARA operates on the 3 T’s — Truth, Trust, and Transparency — and that requires commitment from everyone involved, all the way through the chain.
Ranchers come first.
No backdoor deals.
No stacked commissions.
No control bought with money.
This is about national security, real food for our children and grandchildren, and rebuilding a food system that works for producers and consumers — not corporations.
If you’re here to help rebuild America’s food system, welcome.
If you’re here to extract value off ranchers, keep moving.
Wrong motives.
Wrong alliance.
Producer-owned.
Nonprofit.
Nationwide.

America doesn’t have a beef problem.
America has a centralization problem.
One cyberattack.
One port shutdown.
One logistics failure.
And millions of Americans wouldn’t be able to eat — not because ranchers didn’t raise cattle, but because four corporations control the system.
That’s not food security.
That’s a national liability.
The American Rancher Alliance is building a producer-owned, decentralized beef supply chain — so no single attack, shutdown, or corporate decision can starve families or bankrupt ranchers.
No foreign beef.
No corporate control.
QR-code transparency.
Ranchers back in charge.
This isn’t politics.
It’s survival.
If you believe America should be able to feed itself, this is your fight.

Wall Street killed all of these companies. That's not speculation, it was a concerted effort to buy majority shares in these retail Giants, place a couple board members that influence bad decision making, and short the stock on the opposite side making billions as the companies go bankrupt.
