@ms_medusssa@Shams16_4u It was never about judicial competence, but public trust. Questioning a citizen’s plea for a fair trial sets a poor precedent. The judicial system created this doubt; it must fix it.
@iArpitSpeaks@sardesairajdeep One should not be foolish to see good in the Club of spineless thugs who have created a facade of opposition in a deceitful corporation and actively destroying democracy, country and creating environment for banality of evil.

@JimMarous It’s true , People trust systems when they know where to go if a problem arises, especially where digital financial literacy is limited. However, a physical presence is not essential if the system is reliable, transparent, and offers prompt issue resolution.

In recent book chapter, I discuss how Indian workers under the Kafala system reflected on its constraints and controls. Their experiences reveal how digital infrastructures mediated both dependence and possibility,reshaping what mobility meant from below.

Saudi Arabia has officially abolished its 50-year-old Kafala system, granting 13 million migrant workers greater freedom, labor mobility, and protection under historic labor reforms.

@free_thinker This needed to be called out. I heard clips where they trivialised complex issues that can ruin lives, all in the name of being “desi” and from “humble beginnings,” without recognising their privilege. Such talk reinforces stigma, ignorance, and everyday prejudice.
@LiveLawIndia This is for the people from Judiciary and bar: Does our constitution have a secret chapter on the art of selective law enforcement? Which mystical section are our esteemed justices consulting to conjure their rulings in these cases?
@ms_medusssa I am asking the experts : Does our constitution have a secret chapter on the art of selective law enforcement? Which mystical section are our esteemed justices consulting to conjure their rulings in these cases?

One of the worst judicial injustices in recent times, now perpetuated for indefinitely longer.
The cases against these people are built on foundations of smoke; to justify their imprisonment without trial for 5+ years, on each occasion, court judgments lack all reason. See:👇
@KhalidAAnsari4@RahulGandhi@INCIndia Missing out on Pasmanda representation is not a good sign. The inclusion and representation is not optional but the least a nationwide party could do.
@MnshaP@LoknitiCSDS @sanjaycsds This seems pretty irresponsible handling data. Normally, researchers will always cross examine before making it public. Just to note, He has been saying things on TV that suits the narratives without data or sharing materials and methods.
@Benarasiyaa@sunil_abraham Since the onset of economic reforms and the rise of a strong NRI base, a quiet truth persists: those at the social margins know exactly which era they inhabit and which boundaries remain uncrossable. Equality remains an aspirational lesson, despite constitutional guarantees.
@vidhyasrajan@PMOIndia@karandi65@ArindamPhysics@cafral_rbi@shouvikvibes An optimistic picture. However, the global context undermines the narrative. India’s 2.2% share of global patents (WIPO 2024) pales against China’s 36% or the USA’s 17%, and many filings are incremental rather than transformative.
