@wasse_m@GAEscobarMD@Rush_Nephrology @acdkey119 @NephRodby@Penn_IR very interesting, and that information is tremendously necessary for my region, although it sounds ridiculous there are times when we do not have insufflators. I have some questions, how long do you keep the dilation at + 20atm? Do you always keep the pressure with your hand?
@wasse_m@Rush_Nephrology @acdkey119 @NephRodby Let me ask you this question, in what percentage are the procedures done exclusively USguided (not Rx, not iodinated contrast) and in what percentage is done in a cathlab (rx + contrast) in your usual practice
@wasse_m @KingairDoc I would try to give the basilica of the forearm a chance, as a correction of the stenosis of the AVG anastomosis I would perform a patch or a resection and reanastomosis.
I'm really excited to participate in this amazing project and to join you all this Tuesday!
