Tried a bit of Jak and Daxter on OpenGOAL today and it’s honestly impressive how clean it looks. The game feels sharper and smoother than I’ve ever seen it.

For anyone who doesn’t know: OpenGOAL is a fan‑made project that rebuilds the original Jak and Daxter in a modern, open‑source engine so it can run natively on PC with higher resolutions and better performance. Enhancements for the first two games are already finished, and work on the third is still in development. You can even add mods and HD texture packs, since OpenGOAL supports custom assets and community-made visual upgrades. You just need a copy of the game and you’re good to go. I used UltraISO to convert my physical PS2 disc into a digital copy and it worked perfectly. 💯
