Chip Kelly's firing is understandable. However, the real issues are the Offensive Line is atrocious and Gino Smith is unable to hit open receivers. Since Pete Carroll's son is the OL Coach, Jr. won't get fired. So the Raiders will continue to be horrible. @Raiders #RaiderNation
