Hytale early access date is now set for January 13, 2026.

This is true early access, meaning it’s still very much unfinished and broken, but you have my and the team's commitment to make Hytale the game we’ve always wanted it to be. The game isn't good yet; eventually, it will be. If you don’t feel comfortable pre-ordering or participating in Early Access, please don’t.

Hytale and Hypixel Studios are independent again, and we are returning to the original vision from the 2018 trailer. Because we went back to an older game build from 4 years ago that was now meant for prototyping, some parts of the game will feel behind, but our momentum is strong, and we’re working fast to make this into the game we all dreamed of.

Modding and creative tools are in a decent state; however, they’re not where we want them long term. That being said, they’re ready for players who want to create content on day 1. This is a good moment for modders, server owners, and creators to step in early! They will play a significant role in Hytale’s future.

The first impression will be rough, but the path ahead matters more. More details are coming soon. Follow our social channels for updates, and we hope to see you on January 13, 2026.

I’m pricing Hytale as aggressively low as possible. I’m taking on a considerable personal risk after repurchasing the game and getting it ready for early access for a growing team of now 50 talented individuals. I said I was all in, and I am delivering on that promise.

The game is unfinished and runs on a build from over four years ago. Charging more didn’t feel right. I don’t think the game is good yet. My team and I will push hard to make it good, then great. The vision is clear and progress is fast.

I want as many players as possible to jump in. Times are tough in the current economy for a lot of you, and I want everyone to have a fair chance to be part of what comes next.

Esto es lo más difícil que me ha tocado escribir en mi vida, una pesadilla que me cuesta aceptar, pero tengo que comunicar que mi padre ha fallecido.

Sabéis que valoro mucho mi privacidad, pero sin entrar en muchos detalles, ha sido algo totalmente inesperado y que nos ha tenido en vilo durante días, hasta que, al final, su llama se ha apagado.

Mi padre era la persona más maravillosa que ha existido, un padre y esposo de 10, y mi mejor amigo. Lo echo muchísimo de menos, y sé que muchos de vosotros también lo queríais un montón; que papá Giorgio era importante y lo teníais en un pedestal. Él también os quería mucho, a sus internautas.

Voy a tomarme unos días de descanso para estar con mi madre y porque ahora mismo no tengo la cabeza centrada para grabar, pero espero regresar pronto, ya que sé que estar ocupado me hará bien.

Nada más. Ojalá nunca hubiera tenido que escribir algo así. Mis padres son un pilar, y no sé cómo voy a superar esto, pero sé que él querría que siguiéramos adelante. Y eso intentaremos.

Os quiero, y mil gracias por el cariño que siempre le habéis dado.
