@help_delhivery My parcel received to Chennai Hub on 4/8/23 but it's not yet delivered. I've been promised that it'll be delivered on 10/8 but it wasn't. I also raised ticket in this regard but to vain. Ref# 1691648812080958 AWB# 7880621265693

[ஜவஹர்_செ @jawaharse07]

For whatever reason, the received date has been changed to 13/8/23 from 4/8/23. And the estimated delivery date keep changing from 7/8/23 to til date. At least, give me the hub address and phone number. Let me go and collect my parcel in person. Thanq! @delhivery @help_delhivery

Closing the complaint without resolving it has become the routine for BSNL. Finally I'm expected to pay the bill for 30 days where I haven't used it for more than 15 days. Isn't unfair?

[ஜவஹர்_செ @jawaharse07]

To whomsoever it may concern,
I've raised the complaint on 17th of August as both my landline and broadband was not working. The complaint # is 129124913112. But no one have turned up so far to look into the issue and resolve the same. #BSNL

It's been more than 2 weeks since my landline & broadband worked. When I try to contact the Tambaram branch AE, he never attends my phone. Amid all these, my complaint was closed saying resolved successfully. But so far no one have turned up from #BSNL to resolve my complaint.
