Due to be killed, Weds. 9/23 at 6:30am PT at , Stanislaus Animal Shelter, in Modesto, CA‼️

This is beautiful , 11 month old , Rotweiller named Daphne. . Daphne was found running loose with Nevah . No one came to claim them 💔

The volunteers at the shelter say Daphne is friendly, easy to handle , gentle , walks well on a leash. She has done well with the other dogs overall in the play yard , but had to be corrected a couple times for getting a little too rowdy during play . She will need slow introductions to other dogs , as all shelter dogs do .

Please go and adopt or offer to foster her so a rescue can pull her . Fostering is free through a rescue and is Free through the shelter if you live within 50 miles of it..

How of state adoption is possible through a rescue🇺🇸. Adopter pays for transport..

Gorgeous 1 year old Boomer who’s a very good boy still has not found an adopter or foster to save him‼️

Boomer is a little shy at first , but once he gets to know you, he’s affectionate, gentle, walks well on a leash, and is ok with other dogs, but slow introductions are recommended. He is a flight risk. Until he can trust you, he will need to be monitored when outside.

He is located at, Stanislaus Animal services agency, in Modesto, CA‼️

I don’t think I have ever felt this desperate before 💔

Please, PLEASE SHARE this horse. I know so many of you have only just helped us buy Khari’s motor cart. I cannot ask you to give again. But I am begging you to help us carry this story onto new timelines — because somewhere, someone may be able to help us bring him home.

He is completely blind. And while I am writing this, he is still working.

Look at his body. The rub marks. The scars. The old wounds and the new ones. His owner himself says that because he cannot see, he gets injured again and again.

He came to us only for treatment. We desperately wanted to keep him, but his owner supports a large family through his labour and cannot surrender him without an alternative livelihood.

So every day it takes us to arrange a motor cart is another day this blind horse remains at work.

Through TAWF’s Second Chance for Working Donkeys, we want to exchange his animal-drawn cart for a motor cart, bring him permanently to our sanctuary, and give him what he may never have known — safety, rest, kindness and dignity for the rest of his life.
