@HazeltonsBasket spoke w/2 cust service reps I would except as a customer I would treated as 1. I make an order expecting delivery on my selected date of delivery without notification that delivery is delayed. I call to inquire, told I am wasting their time. #badcustomerservice
@HazeltonsBasket Please provide a full refund for my order as according to your tracking package and Canpar (which I called) the package had not left your facility.
