I don’t understand why everyone is so sold on Klint Kubiak… there are to many unknowns. Here’s what we do know with Stefanski. He took one of the worst NFL franchises to the playoffs twice, and coached through an absolute circus of an ownership and front office that loves to torpedo itself.

My theory is a Saban/Bama-complex that has to be satisfied... They've tasted it, and it's insatiable.
That was borderline improbable to replicate, and it is now impossible. They won't admit it, but that's the issue.

Why do we ignore that it was the COVID year...?
Players opted out.
Games were canceled.
Half-Empty stadiums.

The fact that it was such an odd year that everyone got a "do-over" in eligibility.

2019 LSU has none of this hanging over it.

1. 2023 UGA was the best team in college football that year. In most years of the 4 team format, UGA would have made it. The margins for the 4 selected were so tight that an undefeated FSU was left out...
