Our internet is down, their phone number is disconnecting immediately, twitter is giving a "suspicious page" warning on their profile. Worrying.

@CommunityFibre down and can't even access my account, they haven't put up any notices to say their service is down and they are fixing the problem, instead they have stayed quiet and we have to go onto third party websites, like down dector to work out what the hell is going on!

@statusisdown Down here as well. North London. Just spoke to them. And they said they are aware of the issue, it’s on their end and they‘re Investigating.

Updates will be on their website as soon as they know more. Based on previous outages their tech guy estimated it to take a few hours.

Also why on Earth would Community Fibre make people log into their account to see their service status especially in these kinds of situations like I just want to see whether if it’s just down for the whole area without having to go these extra steps
