@easyJetholidays Do not use this company for your package holiday terrible experience,they downgraded our hotel.Stating safety reasons but hotel is still for sale on web site for a much increased price. Spoke to many #easyjet all unhelpful , they never email back! Lost all money

@easyJetholidays We've had our holiday changed to a hotel we don't want by #easyjetholidays 6 weeks ago. I have contacted easyJet via telephone but was told you have to email to discuss such a matter which I find odd in itself. Which I did with no reply?
