I came to Twitter pretty late in the game so even though I don't have a lot of followers, I've been very successful at getting Likes, Reposts, and Responses from a lot of people I admire like Ben Stiller, Patton Oswalt, Michael Ian Black, the late David Crosby, the late Tony Todd, Christine Lahti, Melanie Lynskey, Carrie Preston, and more than a hundred other high profile people.
I've written a book about how to get celebrities to notice you on social media, particularly Twitter and Bluesky. It will teach you how to spot fake profiles and to know when you're talking to a real celebrity.
And it has lots of advice on how to make them notice you and keep their attention. It's worth far more than the five dollars that I'm charging for it so check it out! It's available exclusively on Kindle.

@JenniferTilly In my experience, it means that they started to text you back and either thought the better of it or got distracted. Usually it's because they get distracted.
@TheFP I feel sorry for the girl. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety myself and have had many bouts of suicidal feelings. But I don't believe this justifies put ting someone down. It sets a bad precedent. Too many people with treatable conditions are going to kill themselves.
@lloydkaufman@letterboxd Of all the films you've produced, which is the one your most proud of? "Cannibal: The Musical" is the one that had the most impact on my life.
But that was Trey and Matt's college project! "Tromeo & Juliet" was my favorite trauma production.
@Roger_Negan@00bigWaveDave The religious right wants a form of government that forces everyone to conform to their theology. That government's job will be to make sure everyone follows God's comnand to embrace poverty and submit to the whims of the wealthy.
@DestinyBulletn I think Bunny and Sony should develop tools to make Destiny a game of player created content.
What they need is a bunch of players building their own worlds. Then they can keep it going without DLC.
