And I'm my own opinion he stopped going for the ball after he hooked his arm, and became intentional for harm rather than playing the ball. Otherwise why would he hook his arm and use his other hand to pull his other hand down?

@__philmatic @schwagmusic13 @JMSportsTakes @yjeong0105 @NBCSBulls I gotta disagree. I saw the Suggs found. The ball was always in play, which is why I believe it got a flagrant call. When allen fouls Caruso you can clearly see when allen isn't going for the ball and instead hooks Caruso's arm to drag him down. That's the difference.
