Hi @boodmo_In, I placed an order on 9th July 2025 and the delivery date has been changed 4 times since then. Despite opening multiple tickets, the only "solution" suggested is to cancel the order. Extremely poor service—when will my product actually be delivered?

@flomattressin Pathetic service, order# 1509238375FLOPESO placed 15 days ago and your customer care says you cannot provide any delivery date. How come Amazon is able to deliver your product in 2 days and you are not? 😤 #PoorService #Unreliable #FrustratedCustomer

@amazonIN I ordered S23 ultra on 20th and it was supposed to be delivered today and yet it hasn't been ship yet. The worst thins is after talking to 5 customer care reps the best answers that I got was it MIGHT get delivered some time in this week. This is the perk of prime. 😡

@LGIndia Even after several months no solution is provided from @LGIndia except to pay the full price paid for the phone (arround 25 k) to get it repaired. Now I can understand why you guys have to leave the Indian market. Never going to buy any LG products any more. 😡😡

@LGIndia Juat updated my LG Wing to android 13 via OTA which bricked it and now LG Service center is stating it broke the mother board and I would be charged. Great way to treat a customer who has spent 80k for this phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Expecting support on this ASAP.
