As of today, if you click on the internal homepage of my rx company and scroll down, I’m featured alongside of our CEO as a #Pride Panelist. For the entire company. Nationwide.
I’m really becoming the queer role model I needed as a kid, and I’m REALLY emotional about it.
For Pride month, especially this year, there is no excuse to do something without inclusion of transgender voices. If you are doing “LGBTQ+” inclusion but don’t have any trans people, do better.
State legislators are actively targeting the queer community, with particular vitriol directed at trans people.
U.S. lawmakers have introduced a staggering 556 anti-trans pieces of legislation in the first half of 2023 alone — and, so far, 79 of those bills have passed. (2/15)
As Pride Month begins, remember pride is an act of resistance.
Especially for our allies, the message this year isn't "love is love" — the message is QUEER PEOPLE ARE IN DANGER.
The message this year is the far-right and the fascists actively want to exterminate us. (1/15)
Happy Pride! 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈

@avery_everhart @ButNotTheCity I’ll share this with colleagues! I won’t have time after June for projects but I’d love to see some fellow professionals contribute.
