@ProPelsTalk To that point, why keep Zion and reportedly field calls for Trey and Herb? Zion hasn’t been available ever, and Trey is your best long range shooter that plays defense, and Herb is your best defender versus Zion that doesn’t play defense. Especially when the team has Bey.
@EverythingRebs The team is good, and it has a lot to do with the coach changing the mindset of the team and holding players accountable to proper soccer.
But you can see a difference in their attack, speed, runs off the ball, and defense. They’re not lazy, could go deep, but idk@ all the way.
@NOLAJake There’s nothing better than 10k. That drink was made from the water that ran down Mt Olympus straight to New Orleans, and fueled the legends of the 80s and 90s. I cut the grass the other day and that Lemon-Lime transported me right back to Girard Playground ‘92.
@snowlikejonn I was being sarcastic, but In my opinion, Castle has been the more reliable basketball player in the playoffs especially at the free throw line.
Trinidad is playing next year, Nick, because the NCAA was arbitrary and wrong--much less because he had ONLY played three actual seasons of college football, as the judge recognized. This wasn't the system or CFB running amok--this was the NCAA unfairly penalizing an athlete and the athlete seeking legal remedy.
And while we are at it, does anyone out there think Saban would have done anything other than sue for that final year of eligibility had Trinidad been his QB? Oh, wait, he probably wouldn't have had to because under the same exact set of circumstances, the NCAA would have likely ruled him eligible to begin with if he were at Alabama.
Growing weary of Saban's "testimony."
@ProPelsTalk Would rather keep Trey, Herb, Bey, Murray, Fears, Queen, and trade Zion for a big and assets. It’s difficult to build around Zion because he’s always on a minutes restriction when available, which is sparingly.
@JeffDuncan_@bigeasynation But to choose the Steelers as an opponent during what should be a global showcase of the relationship between New Orleans and France was a bad decision. The national sports media, NFL network and espn will most likely dote over the Steelers more than talk about NOLA/France.
