So pissed! I just had my 151 Mini-tins preorder canceled, 6 days after the market date!

Got em at ~80$/display pre-paid.
The LGS (Clutch Cards / @ClutchCardsCT) was indiscriminate w.r.t. preorders or just sold these locally.
Can I charge 20% for cancellation?
