I was asked to put my baggage in cargo after security check by SAUDIA staff at kIKA AIRPORT, Riyadh.When I received my bag at Mumbai Airport, the bag was completely ransacked and my perfume: Hugo Boss, eau de parfum was stolen. I had the empty box still my bag. @SaudiAirlinesEn

The tone of his speech was so arrogant.Was a slap to your CRM program.After some conversation I asked to cancel the order. Mr Aleen Haider went on to say "why are you creating fuss over £2"Is this how you value the customers money @BugerKing @BurgerKingUK?

@BurgerKing @BurgerKingUK When asked as to why?he replied I am not giving that offer.We don't use the app.He then went on to say there are two Burger king apps.He changed the reason to offer is not updated on the system. #outrageous #SHOCKED

I decided to eat out and Came across the offer from @BurgerKingUK @BurgerKing. I did not know how to avail the offer for the first order in the app. So me and 2 friends went to Burger king outlet at ladymead retail park Guildford .
