Hello Jio, service engineer denied fixing by jio fiber issue,they have neither closed the ticket nor allowed for relocation of port. How long will it take..4 days passed already. Extremely poor customer service.

It's been 3days w/o it's been fixed, service guy came and denied fixing it and now a message came for rescheduling.Can we know what's the real matter here.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart the customer care service is horribly poor. What's the point of calling the customer care if they put you on hold and disconnect.
