2.बुकिंग ली तो आपने होटल से कन्फर्म क्यों नहीं किया?
3.एक घंटा आपसे और होटल वाले से बहस हुई उसका क्या?

@Cleartrip very poor service provided by cleartrip..hotels denied to check in..I booked a hotel on the 16th/05/24 at 10.45am and at 19.00pm when we go to hotel they denied to check in...and after 3 calls to you customer care then they replied we will give you refund..
