Dear @OnePlus@OnePlus_IN@OnePlus_Support
Your authorised service centre in Rohtak diagnosed my OnePlus 8T display as faulty. Trusting your technicians, I paid ₹14,172 for a genuine display replacement (Invoice: 02 June 2026). On 03 June, I started using the phone, and by 04 June at 7:58 AM, I reported that the exact same issue had returned, supported by WhatsApp messages, photos and videos.
My phone was then formatted, all my data was erased, and I was told it was a software issue. Even after that, the problem remained. Now I'm being told the motherboard is faulty and I should pay again, with only a 20% discount, despite no written technical report or proof of the claimed escalation.
My question is simple: If the display was never the actual root cause, why was I asked to spend ₹14,172 on replacing it?
I'm not asking for sympathy—I'm asking for accountability, transparency and a fair resolution. The attached image contains the complete timeline and supporting facts. I request OnePlus India to investigate this matter and provide a proper resolution.
